This project aimed to enhance Sainsbury's in store shopping experience. The goal was to create a more intuitive and user-friendly interface for customers, making it easier for customers to complete purchases and check out with a seamless experience.

The checkout process can be cumbersome and confusing for customers.
The Aim
Create a seamless experience for Sainsbury's self-checkout system
The checkout process can be cumbersome and confusing for customers. As a big part of the shopping experience it's important it is done right otherwise it can lead to frustrated customers and unnecessary time wasted for employees fixing problems. It can also lead to abandoned purchases resulting in less sales for Sainbury's.
The aim is to create a user-friendly self-checkout experience for Sainsbury's customers. This reduces the potential for issues to crop up preoccupying staff and taking time away from other tasks.
